Kushners new book, which is slated for release in 2022, will be published by Broadside Books, a conservative imprint of HarperCollins Publishers. Broadside told the newswire service that Kushners book will be the definitive, thorough recounting of the administration and the truth about what happened behind closed doors.

Kushner is currently working on the memoir and is expected to touch on topics such as the Middle East, criminal justice reform and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, according to the AP. 

Kushner, who served as a senior adviser to Trump, played a central role in peace talks between Israel and Arab countries in the regional, as well as in the passing of criminal justice reform in 2018,

But he also found himself embroiled in multiple controversies during his tenure, including for his financial dealings and for the Trump administration’s handling of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
